At The Big Screen Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home entertainment experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back into its original manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and remote controls to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
